MGSA MANDATORY ** Summer Volunteering Information
Volunteer shift requirements differ based upon the player's league. You are responsible for making sure you fulfill your volunteer commitment! (1 shift per player). Anyone who does not sign up for a duty will be notified and will forfeit your deposit.
If you are a head coach, your family is exempt from volunteering for that child's team. An email acknowledging those individuals was sent out on Tuesday, April 9, 2019. Everyone is responsible for ensuring they have met the volunteer requirement (1 shift per player enrolled) or they will risk forfeiting the concession deposit.
***No-shows will have their deposit check cashed***
****RAINOUT - CANCELLATIONS****
You may not get notified if the games are cancelled, the coach or person cancelling at the field is not going to know who is scheduled to volunteer. The best thing is to check the website to see if all games for the day are cancelled, or if nothing is posted, you will need to arrive at the field assuming your shift is on. If your shift gets cancelled, please choose another open shift to complete your volunteer duty.
ALL LEAGUES except TBall and 8U Fastpitch
